THE CHALLENGE

AFP Habitat provides its clients with a monthly savings account statement. This information was provided through a booklet in PDF format, sent by email and accessible on the company’s private website. The company had identified a low level of interest and understanding of this content by its clients.

The objective of this pension fund manager was to be closer to its clients and provide them with personalized, dynamic information and, above all, to achieve a better understanding and projection of their savings. They sought to integrate technological solutions that would adapt to the current needs of a market that not only seeks information about what it invests in, but also ongoing advice. Informing and advising on pension issues are two fundamental pillars that were taken into account when acquiring this service.

THE SOLUTION - THE CUSTOMIZED VIDEO

We worked with the AFP Habitat team to develop a customized video that would allow each client to understand the status of their savings and their pension projection. Using IndiVideo technology, it was possible to generate a unique digital experience for each client.

The audiovisual content allowed AFP Habitat clients to better understand the status of their savings and take action to improve their future pensions. More than 90% of those who watched the video said they better understood the information regarding their pension savings. For its part, AFP Habitat achieved a significant increase in the opening of voluntary savings accounts and managed balances for its clients.

This solution was recognized as “Best Financial Services Online Video” at the Internet Advertising Competition Awards 2019.

THE RESULTS

The account statement summarized in a customized video has provided great value in the decision-making of AFP Habitat clients, since they not only know how much they have saved, but also how much they will retire on and how to increase this figure through voluntary savings.
